Had a wonderful Holiday Season? Thanksgiving found my husband and I under the weather. Coming out of that we decided to remove the carpet from our house and since the furniture was moved…I put a faux finish on the living room walls.
That brought us to the weekend before Christmas when we had scheduled our annual Christmas Come and Go Party – so with friends and family we enjoyed hours of laughter and camaraderie. Oh! and goodies of course.
So D-day has arrived. Time to weigh in, measure and get this blog rolling again.
I have found that with fruit or nuts or whatever I add to my Xocai Shake, my favorite liquid to blend it with is Coconut Milk. Not the canned cooking kind but the kind you find in the dairy section with almond and soy milks. It thickens up nicely and gives the feel of milk with out the dairy dilemma. I love adding almond extract and coconut chips giving it and “Almond Joy” flavor.
So weighing in brought me to 251 — down a total of 14 lbs! I am 2 sizes smaller in jeans and 1 size down in tops and sweaters!
My measurements are: neck 15 3/4, chest 49 1/2 , hips 52 1/2, waist 43 1/2, thigh 26 1/2, calf 17 1/8 (no walking in the slick winter weather — not making my 10 thousands steps a day lately), arm 15 3/4, & ankle 9 1/2.
Overall still making progress and still very excited!
